Currently working as a Senior Service Designer and Social and Health Services Consultant. I’ve been at CGI since May 2022.
I have mainly worked on service design projects within the public sector, with my work often focusing on identifying and improving pain points in public service processes and customer experience. My core strengths include deepening customer understanding, user-centered development, concept design, conducting user research, and facilitating co-creation workshops. These approaches help drive holistic improvements not only in service processes and customer experience, but also in the operating models and core functions of organizations - benefiting both end users and professionals.
