My name is Anna Repo. I’m an organized, efficient and empathetic service designer.

Currently working as a Senior Service Designer, Social and Health Services Consultant at CGI.

Organized, efficient and empathetic 34-year-old service designer with natural skill and enthusiasm for the field and the opportunities service design presents across all business areas. In addition I hold more than 5 years of work experience in social and health services.

I am a valued colleague who is capable of both independently taking on full responsibility or being part of a larger multidisciplinary team. I am familiar with looking at the big picture as well as taking care of the odds and ends. I understand the nature of limited resources, thanks to my work experience in the public sector.

I am easy-going but also assertive, with strong people skills in every context. I enjoy horseback riding, diving, and snowboarding and live with my husband and chihuahua in Southern Helsinki.

This is what I do as a Senior Service Designer at CGI.  

I’ve worked at CGI since May 2022 and from September 2025 as a Senior Service Designer, Social and Health Services Consultant.

In December 2021 I graduated with a master's degree in Service Design. Besides the core studies my complementary studies included visualization, designing digital services, management and entrepreneurship. In 2016 I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Services. I've worked with mental health clients in Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Services of Helsinki - first in Aurora Hospital and then in Asumisen Tuki unit (the housing support office).

Besides working with the customers and gaining deep understanding of their wants and needs, I’ve always had to look at the big picture - work with families, service providers and other stakeholders while coordinating large entities. In addition to the comprehensive knowledge of social services, I've gained a solid experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams as well as being completely self-guiding. Customer understanding and empathetic approach have always been at the essence of my work.
